Hotaru Tomoe appears in the middle of Sailor Moon S series.She is a pretty girl,her hair is cut short and has large dark eyes,but she is very weak and lonely.Hotaru likes to wear dark colour clothing because of have scars left her body from the accident.As Sailor Saturn,she is a Senshi of destruction.The era will come to an end when she wields of her talisman,Silence Glaive.In fact,Hotaru is one of the character you feel very sorry for.In the Greek mythology,Saturn was the Greek Titan Cronus.He was a keeper of time and he was very cruel who betrayed her father Uranus to become ruler of god.When Cronus ruled the earth was a terrible place.

Hotaru Tomoe is a daughter of Professor Tomoe.He is owner of Mugen Gakuen School.Hotaru's mother died in the fire accident when Hotaru was a child.After a lab accident,Hotaru was dead,Professor Tomoe agreed to sell his soul to turn back Hotaru's life.However,the evil grow inside Hotaru's body and took over her body completely.After that,Professor Tomoe had begun creating demons in his laboratory,work with Kaolinite and Witches 5 to help the evil Pharaoh 90.As Horaru has the healing power,so many people are very afraid of her healing abilities,so Hotaru was very lonely before she met Chibiusa.When she told to Chibiusa about this,Chibiusa though that was an amazing power and impressed for Hotaru.After this,they are become the good friend.Chibiusa also introduced Hotaru to Usagi,so they are became the friend too!Actually,Chibiusa feels very sorry for Hotaru,so she always to encourage Hataru and wanted to help her to get stronger.

A bad evil,Mistress9 took over Hotaru's body and stole the pure heart of Chibiusa.But in the Sailor Moon and Chibiusa's friendship and her father's love.Let Hotaru destroy Mistress 9 and restored Chibiusa's pure heart.In the other hand,other spirit sleeping inside Hotaru.A Senshi of  destruction,Sailor Saturn.

Sailor Saturn is a Senshi of destruction,She sleeps until the age.The age and world will come to an end when she awakens her talisman,the Silence Glaive.The era also come to an end.Sailor Saturn uses her Glaive Surprise attack to destroy Pharaoh 90.But she was kill herself in the process because of this attack was so powerful.At the end,Sailor Saturn and Super Sailor Moon are save universe and Hotaru was reborn as a new life.

Three Outer Senshi,Haruka,Michiru and Setsuna are take Hotaru and vowing to raise her.Hotaru is living with Outers in the big house.Then Hotaru might have a happier childhood and normal life!Like the Outers,Hotaru disappeared the fourth series.But in the Sailor Stars Series,she will become a Senshi again.A Senshi of Silence,destruction and reborn,to begin her mission once more!
