Sailor Pluto was the first outer Senshi appear in Sailor Moon R series.She was the guardian of time,and has lived longer than any of the other Senshi.In the third series,Sailor Pluto out of her Sailor guise as Meiou Setsuna,who was a very mysterious character.She never talks about herself.However,we are know she and Chibiusa are very close friend,she will very close with Hotaru Tomoe in the future!Her skin is dark,has long pine-green hair and her eyes are deep red.She likes up her hair in a partial bun.In the Greek mythology,Pluto was the Greek god of the underworld.Pluto was Hades,the forth bother of Zeus.He was a dangerous god who ruled over the dead.

Sailor Pluto was the only one Senshi who never reincarnated.She was the guardian of the time portal.She carries one of three talismans,the Garnet Orb.Sailor Pluto and Chibiusa are very close friend,she looks to her for support.Chibiusa calls Pluto "Puu" and she calls Chibiusa "Small Lady".Sailor Pluto helps Chibiusa move through time.When the young Sailor Pluto was the guardian of time,Queen Serenity forbade her three things:First,she may not cross time.Second,she can't leave the time door.Third,she must not use her garnet Rod to move the time.If she does,she will lose her life.In the Manga volume 6,Sailor Pluto halted time to stop Diamaund from destroying everything and she gave up her life in the process.Because of her death,Chibiusa can out of Black Lady from.Later,the power of Millenium Silver Crystal bought Sailor Pluto's life back,she travelled into the past.In the normal world,Sailor Pluto has a name called Meiou Setsuna.The meaning of her name is "The ruler of death". 

As Meiou Setsuna,she is a very mysterious person.She never talks about herself,so we don't know much about her.Whenever she is talking to the Sailors but usually discussing about how to defeat the enemy.During the third series,Sailor Pluto appeared with the third talisman,Garnet Orb.When she used her forbidden attack"Dark Dome Close" to save Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune to lives.She had sudden exit during the end of the third series.Even though Sailor Pluto disappeared totally in the fourth series.But she was more supporting than a main character in the ended series.And also,in the ended series,it was shown that the four Outer Senshi:Haruka,Michiru,Setsuna and Hotaru were lived in the same house.A big and warm family:)

Like than other outer Senshi,she was to keep the invaders out of the solar system.Sailor Pluto,her personal was the blood of chronos,the time god.And also,she was the holder of star seed of Pluto and the princess of her planet,Pluto.A part of the Moon princess's court.
