 Rei Hino was the third Senshi found by Usagi and Luna.She is a
mysterious girl.Her black and purple long hair and deep purple eyes is Rei's
characteristic.Rei also has the abilities to link to the spirit world.As Sailor Mars,she
is a powerful and effective Senshi.Her personal,Sailor Mars is the holder of the star seed
of her planet,Mars.A guardian of the silver Millennium and a princess of her
planet,Mars.In the Greek mythology,Mars was the god of war,and one of the prominent and
worshipped god.In early history,he was a god of spring growth in nature and the protector
of cattle.
Rei was the full priestess at Hikawa Shrine.Her mother died
when she was very young.Rei's father is a politician but she feels her father doesn't care
of his family.So she went to live at her grandfather's shrine on cherry hill.She also goes
to the T-A Girl school,it has a private school which don't have to take tough exam to be
accepted into a High school.Rei was the mysterious and educated girl,however,she will lose
her tamper and to be stubborn at times.Rei and Usagi always yell at each other.But at the
end of the series,it shown that they had built a deep friendship.During a crisis,Rei acts
the most protective of Usagi.In fact,even though they are yell at each other often,but we
all know that Rei and Usagi are become closer than other Senshi during a crisis.
 And also,Rei is one of the Senshi who has otherworldly abilities in
non-Senshi form,she can able to read the sacred fire to find evil.The crisis visions also
come to her dream when the crisis coming.As Sailor Mars,a Senshi of war and fire.She is a
effective and powerful Senshi,her fire attacks are strongest of all inter Senshi,just
besides Sailor Moon.And her spirit abilities can help her to fight evils to protect Sailor
Moon/Moon princess.In Greek mythology,Mars was the god of war,in this point which relates
to Sailor Mars in her forces arts.
Like then other four inter Senshi,Sailor Mars also a
guardian during the silver Millennium and protected Moon princess.The mission of Sailor
Mars is to be the guardian in the royal family and she will become a princess in her own
planet Mars,a part of Usagi's court in the future.
